They inspected my car for repairs and found the problem immediately. They gave me options for further repairs. They were very kind and the staff was very courteous.

The service is always excellent at Ken's. Randall and his crew do a fine job of taking care of my car. I appreciate it very much!! People say it isn't always easy to find a good mechanic or a good shop. It is if you go to Ken's!

I can honestly say "this is my shop from now on" I use to go to shop down the way from Baumann's but never felt satisfied. I was driving by and did see a Goodyear sign so I stopped. Very nice man up front and very clean. They dropped me off at work and picked me back up when my car was ready , super awesome. Excellent!!!

Service at Baumann's was excellent. I was able to get in and out quickly for an oil and filter change, even though I scheduled the appointment only a day in advance. The workers there are very customer oriented - they remembered me by name even though I haven't been there in several months.

My work truck is important and Baumann did a outstanding job and in a timely manner so i did not have down time away from my job.

Even though i live by Seaworld, i really enjoy bringing my cars to Baumann Auto Repair, cause of the great service and great work on my vehicles they always provide. Your employee's always treat me like family when im there.
