Everything went okay with my experience.

My first time for service. Found everyone friendly and helpful. Found tires that met my need, and they were installed next day! Took care of a couple other issues, kept in touch with me thruout. I have a new place for my car service needs!

Everyone at Ken's is extremely helpful and very polite. They make sure I know what's going on with my car and that I understand the service it needs. Ken's is also very honest about needed repairs and pricing. I'd never go anywhere else.

Had break and battery issues and they look excellent care of my car and not to mention above beyond service. They even took me back to my office while I had my car serviced. Brandon knows what he is doing. Im not the easiest person to work with but he explained everything to me about my car. I will recommend you guys to everyone I know. Thank you.

After taking care of my own car for over a decade, I took my Dad's car to Ken's Texaco. Like always, Randall, Lee and crew took good care of me. Super service at a competitive prices with small town care. Thanks guys! You rock!

Went in just to get my state inspection at the end of the day. The staff was very nice and could take care of it right away, no problems, quick, friendly service

I as a female was so tired of being taken to the cleaners by unscrupulous mechanics. So when I found myself in need of one the other day, I held my nose and started calling around for estimates. After speaking to several people and getting the usual cagey response, I was pleasantly suprised when I called Ken's Texaco and spoke with a gentleman named "Rolland". I could tell by his voice and the way he spoke that he was a straight shooter. Of course I've learned from the past too, that even if you decide on a repair shop, that your still waiting at the end, for that extra $1000.00 "add on" shoe to drop. That wasn't so with Rolland. There was no suprises. His price was fair, they did good work and it was done in a very timely manner. I can't recommend this company enough. I'll definetly go back.

Went for my yearly car inspection and it was done so quickly that I was really impressed...I was on my way in ten minutes and the garage was very busy with other business!

Very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable of the actions taken.

Ran over a sharp object that punctured a Yokahama Geolander 900 tire on my 2004 Subaru Forester too near the outer edge of the tread to be repaired reliably. Consulted 4 Yokohama tire dealers in the yellow pages. None had the tire in stock. Two called back stating they could have the tire in two days. The other to never called back. Then I went to Alamo Height Ram Station, closer to home than any of the four contacted dealers. They ordered the tire and had it on site within a few hours. They mounted and balanced the tire in less than an hour, at a price that was not much different from prices quoted by the dealers.
