They do well with the service. However, my transmission is still not performing well, but the diagnostic computer says nothing wrong. I think they are waiting for the warranty to expire

Our visit this time was unexpected but glad to find out it was not as critical as believed to be. I was very pleased with the service and grateful for the feedback from both techs. This is why Baumann has my repeated business when I ask questions they get answered and not dismissed as I have experienced at other places.
