They are very informative, nice, and helpful. They always explain what needs to be done and check with me before proceeding. I haven't been to an auto shop that I trusted in a long time, but I trust and value their work.

Took my car in at 9:00am. It was ready by 2:00pm. Everything was done in a timely and effecient manner. Very satisfied with the work. My car is driving great.

Good overall. Took a bit longer than I was expecting, but overall very pleased.

Always take my vehicle to Baumann for major repairs, because I know it'll get done right. Took a few extra days longer than I'd like but was only because they wanted to get the original manufacturers parts. Needed an entire AC System Replaced and was a little expensive, but it's definitely a priority in South Texas. My wife and kids are now driving in Comfort and there is no price tag on that. So Far AC working good and would definitely use them in the future. Thanks Baumann! JW
