i can not say enough good things about Ms Swanson, she is not only professional and nice but in a man's world it is so wonderful to have a women in this business. As a woman i sometimes feel like i am being taken advantage of so to be greeted and taken care of by a woman in this time is outstanding. She always has my SUV ready on time and right.The shop is always clean and the mechanics are great. I have used Baumann for 7 or more years including the Culebra shop for body and paint. I would not use anyone else. Outstanding job is always done.

i left a scathing review yesterday after assuming something about the oil used in my vehicle. i should know better because we all know what happens when we assume anything. now i see no way to remove this embarrassing report. no excuse for this, i had attempted to ask if this oil was used in the customers and got annoyed with the time it was taking and got carried away. the people at the location deserve a pat on the back for the service they provided for me. i was waited on immediately and the service was quick. i know one of the family members personally and have known him for years. i've been at this place myself back in the late 50s and have never heard anything bad about the service here.

Thank you for having my truck ready when you all said it would. It's great to have my air conditioner back and working.
