Went in for 30K mi service on my Toyota Prius, which was basically an oil and filters change, tire rotation and inspection. They kept me apprised of the status of the work, let me know the estimated cost, and even gave me a coupon when I didn't have one. As far as I can tell, everything was done correctly.
