Excellent and competent & expedient customer service. They gave me a ride home and picked me up when the work was complete. Not many shops do this. Shop manager JD answered all the questions and the team did a wonderful job of doing all the needed work. Car is running great. Baumann is a service shop I trust and recommend.

Service was fast and efficient! i haven't had any problems yet and makes me feel good about the 2 year 24,000 mile warranty on all work completed. they found the problem quickly and were able to complete it the same day!
