I have never experienced such a quick, efficient, pleasant car maintenance appointment anywhere. Mr Cook and the staff are always very courteous. If you schedule your appointment in advance, the crew will ensure you are in and out of the shop in no time. Prices are reasonable. I'm so glad to leave the poor service and inconvenience of the dealership behind me.

Baumann always takes care of my car in a timely manner and they explain my car's issues in lay terms. They are my car's only caretaker and are consistently helpful.
