The staff was very courteous as always and prompt in making the repairs needed. The diagnosis had been previously done when we had taken my truck in for an oil change. When I dropped off my vehicle in the afternoon, Ralph was able to gvie me a ride home. The parts were ordered that afternoon and the repairs done the following day in accordance with the estimate previously given. They even offered to come pick me up so that I could go get my truck. I am very pleased with the work done, and my truck is running nicely and SAFELY again.

As always Baumann auto repair surpasses the customer service bar. Their attention to providing great service is equally matched by the attention to detail in ensuring my vehicles (4 of them) are always in top running condition. My thanks to the entire Baumann staff at the Cincinnati Ave location.
