I was very satisfied with the services I received at Baumann Auto Repair. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Auge Olivares solved a two year old problem. I had my car at three other places and their diagnosis was completely wrong. He heard the noise, checked online for subject vehicle and found the problem by going above and beyond. He is to be commended. Thanks Auge.

The staff was very courteous as always and prompt in making the repairs needed. The diagnosis had been previously done when we had taken my truck in for an oil change. When I dropped off my vehicle in the afternoon, Ralph was able to gvie me a ride home. The parts were ordered that afternoon and the repairs done the following day in accordance with the estimate previously given. They even offered to come pick me up so that I could go get my truck. I am very pleased with the work done, and my truck is running nicely and SAFELY again.

As always Baumann auto repair surpasses the customer service bar. Their attention to providing great service is equally matched by the attention to detail in ensuring my vehicles (4 of them) are always in top running condition. My thanks to the entire Baumann staff at the Cincinnati Ave location.

I took my truck to Baumann's shortly after moving in to the area in 2007. Their service has made me a regular customer ever since. They now service all of my vehicles.

I can honestly say "this is my shop from now on" I use to go to shop down the way from Baumann's but never felt satisfied. I was driving by and did see a Goodyear sign so I stopped. Very nice man up front and very clean. They dropped me off at work and picked me back up when my car was ready , super awesome. Excellent!!!

My work truck is important and Baumann did a outstanding job and in a timely manner so i did not have down time away from my job.
