Once again Baumann staff came through for me and get my BMW back on the road in less than a day! I live way North but had our car towed to Baumann on the west side because they have integrity and tell me what is wrong with my car in a transparent way. The only reason I visited this auto repair service was because my husband gave me a groupon. I have had a lot of problems with my old place after they changed management (I don't trust them and they did poor work on my truck). Toby was one of the best service managers I have ever met. He was very friendly, patient, thorough, and just a nice guy. The mechanic that worked on my truck was also great, took his time and really inspected my truck for problems. I will definitely return.

My car stopped working on Wednesday and when it stopped the good Lord put me in the right place.... In front of Bauman Auto Reoair on Cincinnati! They were professional and fixed my car by 5pm that day. They did not do anything until they talked to my husband over the phone and we received two year warranty on the work done. I would highly recommend this auto repair team!
