The only reason I visited this auto repair service was because my husband gave me a groupon. I have had a lot of problems with my old place after they changed management (I don't trust them and they did poor work on my truck). Toby was one of the best service managers I have ever met. He was very friendly, patient, thorough, and just a nice guy. The mechanic that worked on my truck was also great, took his time and really inspected my truck for problems. I will definitely return.

My car stopped working on Wednesday and when it stopped the good Lord put me in the right place.... In front of Bauman Auto Reoair on Cincinnati! They were professional and fixed my car by 5pm that day. They did not do anything until they talked to my husband over the phone and we received two year warranty on the work done. I would highly recommend this auto repair team!

The service at Baumann is always exceptional! The mechanics and very knowledgeable and helpful at answering questions, and they don't try to oversell you on services that you may not need. I trust them on their work and their expertise when it comes to my car care. And Toby is great with scheduling and follow-up!
