Prompt, friendly service when I needed it, following transmission breakdown on way home from work. Was nearest garage at the time, and I remembered using them 30 years ago for an engine rebuild! Picked up car next day and left paying the original quoted price. Two-yr warranty on work done is a bonus.

Great team. They were always careful to explain all the problems with my car in a way I could fully understand. They got my parts in fast and did an expert job managing the myriad of problems my car had. Their prices were fair and they always notified me for the costs before any new work was done. I took several cards and I will be handing them out to friends and coworkers.

This was my first time bringing my car here, and I will definitely be back if need be. I will also make sure to recommend Baumann Automotive on Mainland to all of my friends and family too. Sarah was very friendly, courteous and helpful, and when I picked up my car I found that the mechanics were too. My car is running better than ever, they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and the pricing was very reasonable.

As always, Randall and co. were great. Had a hard start and knew it was a dead battery - went to the shop and they had it fixed in 30 minutes and in the meantime they dropped me at my house and picked me up with the new battery in the car. Thanks guys.

Since Sara's arrival Bauman has been our only place we take our cars. For things a small as oil changes. I trust their work and as a female, I like to see another female who I can trust and not feel like I am being taken advantage of. We are driving out to California and I took my car in to make sure we would be good on our drive. They said we were and I trust that! When we took my car in under warranty for repair, Mazda said we needed additional repairs not under warranty. Took it into Baumann who said no we didn't. They earned our trust and business. Keep it up!
