Outstanding efficient and friendly service. I am extremely impressed by and appreciative of their thoroughness and initiative in identifying service needs that could become problematic. An otherwise routine servicing revealed a potentially serious problem with the steering system. I'm not certain other operations would have gone the extra mile to detect it.

I really depend on Ken's full service station. If at all possible, they take my truck the same day and I get it back the same day! They have kindly given me rides to and from the station, almost unheard of anymore. The truck is running much better since the recent repair. Thanks for the good work and great customer service.
