Great service, very professional & courtesous staff, clean shop and skilled technicians!

They do well with the service. However, my transmission is still not performing well, but the diagnostic computer says nothing wrong. I think they are waiting for the warranty to expire

Our visit this time was unexpected but glad to find out it was not as critical as believed to be. I was very pleased with the service and grateful for the feedback from both techs. This is why Baumann has my repeated business when I ask questions they get answered and not dismissed as I have experienced at other places.

Service at Baumann's was excellent. I was able to get in and out quickly for an oil and filter change, even though I scheduled the appointment only a day in advance. The workers there are very customer oriented - they remembered me by name even though I haven't been there in several months.

Service here is always reliable and work dependable. Staff is courteous and most of all they are HONEST.

The staff is very customer friendly and know what they are doing. My truck has over one hundred thousand miles and the mileage on the car is almost there. I do not trust my vehicles to anyone else.
