I am now on my 7th Service Manager. The service was very speedy, but I was charged $90 for the diagnostics, which I don't believe I was ever charged for in the past. I am looking for a refund on a bill that was around $500.

Helen,as we went over this charge when your came in.Is i explained that we have to run serveral test to find out why your cars running condition is not right .There has always be a charge..
