Always courteous and respectful and positive attitude with beneficial tips on maintenance and repairs. Advice always available and with a friendly family attitude. Repairs superbly offered and explained in full with no doubt of what is to be done. Appointments are favorably in a timely manner. One is left with wanting to come back if anything is needed for repairs in the future.

My car stopped working on Wednesday and when it stopped the good Lord put me in the right place.... In front of Bauman Auto Reoair on Cincinnati! They were professional and fixed my car by 5pm that day. They did not do anything until they talked to my husband over the phone and we received two year warranty on the work done. I would highly recommend this auto repair team!
