Only people I trust with my truck. Always professional, helpful and most of all, honest. Got my truck back yesterday and it's running like a dream. And that's with the truck getting close to the 400k point. haha. As always, Sara is always a wealth of information and a great sounding board. New counter person Ariel is a great addition. Phenomenal, Professional, and Ethical! Yet still I feel it does not due justice, for the service provided! Long story short... Baumann identified some concerns, and recommended I return to dealer (ACJDR), for which I had to return 4x to attempt and resolve the issue as the check engine light kept triggering. They provided a diagnostic and after entrusting them 4 previous times I could not in good faith allow them to service my vehicle. I turned to Sarah, she put me at ease, and asked to drop off my vehicle. In less than 24 hours I had diagnostic, and it was less expensive than what dealer had quoted, and excluded repairs. I was so thankful, for the thoroughness, and honesty, I added an additional 100k service maintenance and break replacement to the repairs, as a token of my appreciation. My truck is running at optimal performance, and most importantly “ NO CHECK ENGINE” light!! Thank you Sarah, and Staff at Baumann!! You’ve earned a lifetime customer :)
