My wife drove into Ken's with a tire going flat. The staff saw it, informed her, drove her home while they fixed it, delivered the car when done. That's as good as it gets.

I had a wonderful experience. JD was professional and kind. He noticed that my oil was past due for a change, and added that to my service (I went for a state inspection). Everyone there was friendly. The waiting area is cozy with plenty of magazines and coffee. The bathroom was clean. This will be my new "home" for all of my car maintenance and repair!

The AHCCC and Terry, the Service Manager, were very helpful to me this weekend. My car would not start, and they agreed to wait for me until I could get a jump from AAA, whom I had to wait an hour for, as is typical. I managed to make it to the AHCCC just after 2:00 PM, where I was able to get a new battery and was back on the road within the hour. I am a spinster and I rely on these helpful folks.
