I have never experienced such a quick, efficient, pleasant car maintenance appointment anywhere. Mr Cook and the staff are always very courteous. If you schedule your appointment in advance, the crew will ensure you are in and out of the shop in no time. Prices are reasonable. I'm so glad to leave the poor service and inconvenience of the dealership behind me.

It was not my first visit to the RAM station because I've regularly filled up my car there for several years now. However, it was my first time having services done. I was promptly greeted by the manager and one of the other employees. They were so nice! Right away, they made me feel like a valued customer; which really put me at ease.
