i had my vehicle serviced by baumann and then returned since i got a check engine light.. it turned out the baumann tech did not re-connect the oil pressure sensor. i literally paid money to have it reconnected by them even though it was originally left disconnected. then when i finally relented to pay; there is no way to receive a digital invoice to pay online since i was travelling. i returned to buamann after traveling for business just to pay for something i could have done online. hey Baumann; your competitors take online payments! its going to take more than a website to re-brand. i would say: fix the following: 1. make it easy to take payments to reduce friction and offer service. 2. don't' charge me for your mistake 3. fix your online presence with a matching google my business set up so your locations are easy to find online. 4. fix your brand and target trust and frictionless service.. that is how you gain LOYAL Customers.
